You start with a knife and zero bullets. Get a kill, then run over the body you dropped to recover one magazine for your pistol — bullets are only yours to loot, and only from the bodies you killed this life. Die, or run dry, and you're back to the blade.

• Throwables — throwing knife, ninja star, axe. One-shot kills, retrievable.
• Pistols — 9mm Pistol, Revolver, SMG. No bullets until you kill someone and loot their body.
• Specialist — chain kills without dying: 2 kills → perk, 4 → perk, 6 → ALL perks.
• Scavenger picks up ammo from the dead. Hardline drops your specialist thresholds. Marksman extends target ID range.

All or Nothing (allornothinggame.com) is a free browser game. This explains what we collect and why.

• Accounts: optional. We store only a username and a salted, scrypt-hashed password — no email, no real name. Passwords are never stored in plain text and never leave the server.
• Gameplay: level, XP, stats, cosmetics and friends are tied to your account to run the game.
• Analytics: DataFast and Google Analytics count visits and basic events (e.g. match starts). They may use cookies/identifiers; IPs are anonymized where supported. We never sell personal data.

• Cookies / local storage: keep you signed in, remember settings, and support analytics/ads as above.
• Children: not directed to children under 13.
